Job Description

Candidate need to take call and appointment for doctors, do billing for opd. Handle calls of patients and emergency patients walking to hospital directly. Night shift is compulsory and 3 week off per month.

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients when they arrive at the hospital
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Maintain and update patient records and documentation
Process billing and insurance information
Coordinate with medical staff and assist with administrative tasks
Ensure the waiting area is clean and welcoming
Assist with patient paperwork and data entry

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a medical office or similar environment preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
