Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting and Advertisement:

Create and post job advertisements across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.

Ensure job descriptions are accurate and engaging, reflecting the company’s requirements and expectations.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and job market demands to ensure job posts are competitive and appealing.

Sourcing Candidates:

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and networking.

Utilize various sourcing methods like resume databases, referrals, job fairs, and direct outreach to find qualified candidates.

Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future recruitment needs.

Screening and Shortlisting:

Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and experience.

Interview Coordination:
