Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on the insurance domain.
Strong understanding of various insurance functions and industry terminology.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical insurance roles.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and certifications (e.g., IRDAI roles and requirements).
Previous experience working with insurance companies or agencies.
