Job Description
- FINDT is seeking recruiters (Technical and Non-technical) with proven skill in recruiting great talent and assessing candidates.
- Successful recruiters at FINDT utilize their skills efficiently, setting benchmarks and achieve SLAs. They are innovative, can work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, roll up their sleeves and manage recruitment tasks end to end. They can forge strong relationships with clients and hiring managers. They have strong motivation to move ahead amidst challenges and grow their career and the organization.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategies
- Discuss with clients to understand roles and build recruitment practices
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.,
- Screen candidate resume and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote the company’s reputation
- Engage with client hiring managers to coordinate and close positions
- Build a strong business relationship with customers
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing
- agency recruiter) for over 3 years.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based,
- etc.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity using Linkedin, Facebook, Naukri and other tools for recruitment.
- Excellent communication, ability to build strong relationships and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Bachelor/Postgraduate in Human Resources is preferred.
