Job Description:
- Responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position to efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements and also conducting initial interviews
- Working along with the hiring manager for the interview selection and onboarding the selected candidate.
- Responsible for conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate.
Expected Profile:
- Should have relevant experience in either IT or Non-IT recruitment.
- Must have handled end to end recruitment process.
- Experience in using social and professional networking sites to identify and source passive and active candidates.
- Should be able to work in a dynamic environment and have a positive and flexible attitude towards learning.
