Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented, and detail-driven Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, source qualified candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying Hiring Needs

Collaborate with department managers to define job roles, hiring priorities, and workforce planning.

Draft clear and compelling job descriptions and specifications.

Forecast future hiring needs based on business growth and workforce trends.
2. Sourcing & Attracting Candidates

Post job openings on various platforms such as job boards, social media, company website, and recruitment portals.

Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical or recurring roles.
3. Screening & Interviewing

Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate fit for the role and company culture.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and share interview feedback and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
4. Selection & Offer Management

Assist hiring managers in making final hiring decisions.

Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.

Negotiate offer terms with selected candidates in alignment with company policy.

Draft and issue formal offer letters and handle pre-joining documentation.
5. Onboarding Coordination

Work with HR operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and teams.

Track and collect employee onboarding feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.

Provide regular reports to HR leadership on hiring progress, pipeline status, and challenges.

Recommend process improvements based on hiring trends and analytics.
