Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various open positions. The ideal candidate is experienced in talent acquisition strategies, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Source Candidates: Proactively identify and engage with candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. 

Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. 

Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process. 

Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and nurture relationships with potential hires. 

Job Posting: Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent. 

Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on recruiting progress. 

Recruitment Tools: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information and the recruitment process. 

Reporting: Track and report on key recruiting metrics to monitor the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. 

Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to advise on recruitment strategies. 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter. 

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, and networking. 

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software. 

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. 

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
A keen eye for detail and strong assessment skills.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with a standard working schedule of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required based on business needs.
