Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary)

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp) to support our recruiting efforts in Bangalore. This individual will play a key role in sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting the broader Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Candidate Management
Source candidates using LinkedIn and Naukri.
Review and screen direct applicant resumes to assess qualifications.
Determine candidate suitability and disposition unqualified applicants in the ATS.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workday.
Applicant Tracking & Systems
Utilize Workday as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate workflows.
Ensure timely updates of candidate status and documentation within the system.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate logistics including calendar management and interview confirmations.
Join interview kick-off meetings with hiring managers and capture screenshots of attendees for tracking purposes.
Team Support
Assist with additional projects and administrative tasks across the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Support process improvements and recruiting initiatives when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition (preferred).
Experience sourcing via LinkedIn and Naukri.
Familiarity with Workday or other ATS platforms preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
