Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement
2. Sourcing candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
3. Assessing an applicant's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies
4. Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle
5. Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gaining commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
6. Submitting a candidate's resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration
7. Ensuring timely communications with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature
8. Engaging regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls
