Job Description
- Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for performing Recruitment operations tasks in a timely and accurate manner as per the client specific standard operating procedures.
- The Recruiting Coordinator works with the process SME and Operations Manager to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions.
- The Coordinator should be able to perform rule based transactions with simple calculations.
- If needed this role may be leveraged across multiple clients.
- Acquire knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) as per the training calendar defined for the client
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
- Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per business requirements
- Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stake holders
- Review and suggest updates for Standard
- Operating Procedures Identify, share, support and implement operational improvements
- Follow Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
- Ensure compliance with all the reports
- Maintain timely documentation/tracking in the applications for the processes
- Ensure compliance to Time entry& MIS guidelines
