Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; source, recruit, review resumes, qualify/interview candidates, recommend initial first round of interviews, and ensure a world-class candidate experience while managing the source-to-offer strategy for each candidate.
- Partner with hiring managers across all departments to determine hiring needs based on business/project projections and budget analysis. Understands key position requirements (i.e. experience, technical knowledge/skill set, technical competencies, etc.)
- Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates by proactively using creative sourcing strategies, both internally & externally, to identify and attract competitive candidates.
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with hiring managers and candidates to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Must be results-oriented; customer-service focused and possess strong organizational skills
- Experienced in building networks to find qualified competitive candidates
- Demonstrated experience in change management, establishing trust and credibility, working independently, and interviewing skills
