Provide full life-cycle recruiting to fill non-technical positions and senior Leadership positions.
Researching new opportunities in how the company can find and attract better candidates
Completing recruiting and hiring processes according to company requirements.

Handle stakeholder relationships and drive the recruitment processes, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, and overall recruitment related responsibilities
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
The ability to handle pressure and meet targets
