Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- End to End Recruitment.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

- Good Communication Skill.
- End to End Recruitment
- Cold Calling
- Excellence Query Solving Skills
- Sourcing & Screening
- Training on Recruitment, Sourcing and Screening will be Provided with HR and T&D.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: 7000/- to 10000/- PM + Incentives
