Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on recruitment including job posting on portals/coordinating with recruitment agencies, searching suitable candidates from the applications, conducting screening, coordinating with the candidates till interviews
2. Coordinate with the management to communicate the selection or rejection to the candidates
3. Work on onboarding the candidates
