Tek Skills is hiring for the position of recruitment lead
Client handling ability includes understanding mandates, managing client expectations, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsible for identifying and sourcing prospective candidates from various sources (including but not limited to Job Boards / Social Media / Head Hunting / Referral Programs. Screening and assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility. Presenting shortlisted candidates with profile summaries to the client. Scheduling & Coordinating and facilitating any type of Interview as required by the Client.
Follow-up, guide, and facilitate the negotiation process when required.
Follow up with the candidate's transition and onboarding process.
Network and build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Possess excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Should be comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have excellent email skills.
Should be able to work on ATS platforms.
