Roles and Responsibilities for Recruitment Manager
Handle Internal Requirements of Seekruit.
Manage the Leads of Seekruiter (Sourcing Vertical)
Acquire Virtual Staff Sourcing Team and Manage the whole process of Recruitment
Manage the on-boarding /Training process of Sourcing Team in order to ensure a seamless transition to day-to-day activity.
Search the data as per the mandates shared by BD team
Derive the question Set and script for Seekruiter.
Coordinate with Client understand the requirement and close the mandate As per TAT
Work as a profit centre and manage the full cycle of the recruitment process
