About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide support with orientation and new hire activities to ensure best candidate experience
2. Partner with team to prepare for school visits and events
3. Complete ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as requested
4. Generate recruiting statistics reports or any other ad hoc report that may be needed
5. Do temporary hiring (warehouse positions)
6. Prepare and ensure all the paperwork and document files are completed for new employment
7. Research different recruiting channels to discover diverse pool of new candidates
8. Assist the recruiting team in the entire recruiting process including reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screens and references, and preparing information and offer packets
9. Provide support for the human capital client services team via employee e-mail requests and phone
