Role & Responsibilities:

Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
Regularly interacting with Account Manager/lead to understand the requirement.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
Must have good attitude to learn/grow and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.

Skills/Education:

Bachelors/Masters with following degrees are highly preferred: Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, chemistry, genetics; Molecular Biology, cell biology, Virology, Microbiology, Bioprocess Engineering, Biostatistics, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biochemical Engineering, Animal Sciences and any other life sciences field is highly preferred.
Freshers with excellent Pharmaceutical or Life science background either in academia/industry preferred.
Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST - Eastern Time Zone).
Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Complete and Maintain reports on a regular basis and as requested.

Other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested

Understanding of the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Life Sciences industries; Certification in Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing and SAS is a Plus.
