Qualification : Any Graduate from 2011 / 2012/ 2013 batches.

Job Specifications :
This is an individual role responsible for making calls to existing customers to facilitate booking of bus tickets and deliver a broad range of company products and services to customers in order to increase the company profits

Responsibility :

• To promptly book customer tickets and disseminate information on new offerings, availability of seats, promotional schemes etc.
• Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address customer issue either by providing a sale or a solution amenable to the customer.
• Meet Sales Goals and Targets.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• To provide end to end solution to every customer that he/she talks to.
• Identify customer trends and highlight them to the Team Lead.

Experience:
0-2 Years of Experience in a domestic Outbound Call Center

Skills and Specifications:

• Excellent communication (oral and written) in  Kannada, English & any South Indian Laguage is mandatory.
• Interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
• Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.
• Capable of agile cogitating to give quick and accurate response to questions.
• Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
• Should be able to work as a team member.
• Willing to Work in Shifts.
  

Compensation : CTC 1.02 - 1.35 Lacs P.A ( Based on relevant experience)
