Registrar / Hindi Officer  job opportunities in Sikkim University

Registrar

No. of Post : 01 (UR)

Qualification : a) A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent in any subject from any university recognized by the UGC. b) At least 15 years’ experience as Assistant Professor in a central university or in equivalent grade of which at least 8 years shall be in Associate Professor’s grade and experience in educational administration. Or  Comparable experience in establishments and other institutions of higher education. Or  15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Hindi Officer

No. of Post : 01

Qualification : Good academic record with (i) Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level from a recognized University. OR Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level from a recognized University; OR Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi and English as a subject at the degree level from a recognized University; OR Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a subject at the degree level from a recognized University; OR Master’s degree in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level from a recognized University; (ii) 3 years’ experience of terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature; OR 3 years’ experience of teaching, research, writing of journalism in Hindi. (iii) Knowledge of Computer Application.

Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Computer Application (ii) Experience in areas like Administration, Finance, Establishment and Examination in Central/State Government, Universities and other organizations under State/Central Government.

Age Limit :  Not exceeding 35 years with relaxation for SCs/STs/OBCs/PWDs as per GoI rules.

Nursing Attendant

Qualification :  (i) Class 10th standard from a recognized School/Board (ii) Relevant experience of 2 years in Government or Hospital recognized by the Government.

Age Limit :  Between 18 and 27 years with relaxation in upper age for SCs/STs/OBCs/PWDs as per GoI rules.

Laboratory Attendant

No. of Post : 01 (UR)

Qualification :  Class 10th standard (with Science as one of the subjects) from recognized School/Board; OR ITI Trade Certificate in the relevant area.

Desirable: Class 12th standard in Science subject from a recognized Board/University.

Age Limit :  Between 18 and 27 years with relaxation in upper age for SCs/STs/OBCs/PWDs as per GoI rules.
