Registrar job opportunities in Tripura University
No. of Post : 1 (UR)
Qualifications : (i) A master's degree with at least 55%
of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale from a
recognized University/ Institute. (ii) At least 15 years of experience as
Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000/- and above or with 8 years of
service in AGP of Rs. 8000/- and above including as Associate Professor along
with experience in educational administration Or, Comparable experience in
research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education Or, 15
years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an
equivalent post.
Note : The minimum requirement of 55% shall not be
insisted upon for the Registrars, Deputy Registrars or its equivalent and for
the existing incumbents who are already in the university system. However,
these marks should be insisted upon for those entering the system from outside
and those at the entry points of Assistant Registrars and its equivalent.
Pay Band : Rs 37400 - 67000 + GP 10000
Age Limit : max 57 yrs
Application Fee : Rs. 500/- for all other candidates is to be paid by Bank Draft in the favour of Directorate of Distance education, Tripura University, payable at Agartala. SC/ST/PwD and women candidates are exempted.
