Job Location will be at Nimapara/ Bangar
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and quality care.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and support staff, addressing employee needs and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance: Ensure the facility and staff comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Inmate Care: Develop and implement plans for inmate care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze therapy programs and other relevant data, creating and communicating reports to leadership.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care.
- Community Relations: Work to build community awareness, cooperation, and financial support.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for staff, including interdepartmental training.
- Safety: Collaborate with the safety committee to establish safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
