- Experience candidate required (min 1 year)- 2.50 lacs to 3 lacs max CTC
Position title: Relationship Manager - E Sales
Department: Digital Acquisition
Qualification: Min Graduate (no freshers)
Experience: 1 - 4 years exp in sales Purpose of the Job
• To acquire clients digitally
Key Responsibilities
• Assist prospects in the DIY Journey and guide them in the account opening process.
• Promote / Pitch benefits of trading with IIFL.
• Maintain high quality standards - provide all prospects with a WOW experience.
• Ensure all leads are contacted within Stipulated TAT.
• Regular Follow up on all pending leads.
• Cross Sell 3rd party products. Behavioral Competencies
• Acquisition of Clients & Relationship Management Role Specific Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills
• Domain Knowledge is an additional benefit
