  • Exp. > 2 years in Relationship Manager
  • Must have conveyance

Reporting Process.
  • Train the sales force
  • Support sales force in terms of pre and post sales
  • Drive sales across customer segments and meet business targets
  • Joint calls with sales force for product support
  • Work actively with sales force to generate leads
  • Ensure activation of sales force on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis
  • Drive productivity by right advising of bundling the offering
  • Measure penetration across Relationship manager client base/branch base
  • Update lead management system
  • Engage in customer awareness program
  • Create mindshare across branch leadership team
Job Description : Relationship Manager 
  • Sales: Create new sales conversations at branch level by driving lead generation across Branch, Smart Data Analytics across Hospital & Corporate Sector Database and generate cross sell and up-sell potential from the existing and new clients
  • Sales Process - Drive for new appointments, advise customers product basis financial need analysis, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the product grid e, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation. 
  • Influence the customer by imparting Product Skills, by clearing articulating the advantages through Analysis .Implement recognition programs to have higher Activation.
  • Achieve Sales Target across the allocated branches with key deliverables around Branch Activation, Persistency and proactive customer servicing.
  • New Business Processing and MIS - Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt support
  • New markets/segments: Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time. 
  • Cross Sell/ Up-Sell- Build an active customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell, Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate.  
  • Extensive Networking and Relationship Building: Extensively network across all cross functions and business segments and build long term relationship with the clients by proactively providing the right information to all client queries either directly received or forwarded by the service company. 

Desired Experience

  • Has demonstrated sales excellence in his/her previous role with plan achievement and qualifying for recognition platforms.
  • Strong on communication skills, with product knowledge and market information on other Health/Medical products.
Education Details
  • PG/Graduate with >3 Years sales experience across Health/Medical Sector.
