Job Description
- Regular client site visits (in line with credit policy requirements) to review project progress in terms of budget, schedule, quality and marketing/refinance
- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms
- Drive overall CRM and direct marketing
- Responsibility for establishing and building strong client relationships with vendors
- Maintenance of internal monitoring systems to confirm all vendors undertaken (by both CRM and QS) are in line with credit policy.
- Attend monthly portfolio review to present to stakeholders and relevant risk/credit team members and update on progress of each facility.
- Complete monthly monitoring reports for each vendors
- Complete a report for each and every site visit.
