Relationship Manager Job in For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd at Delhi

Channel Development Activities:

1. Recruiting of Partner through open market & leads from the company's website
2. Identify, communicate and agree on the premium targets with partners
3. Maximize mobilization through regular follow- ups & strengthening of relationships with Partners. 
4. Conduct daily sales calling with prospective partners and identify their needs.
5. Provide and develop solutions and suggest plans to partners on the basis of their requirements and goals.
6. Ensure regular connect with pending leads/references.
7.  Keep updating on all products and solutions by regularly attending trainings and reading
8. 
   
9. Desired Candidate Profile:
