Job Description
· To meet the prospective clients for business
· To Meet connectors to get the leads
· To Meet the CAs to get new business and follow up visits
· To Meet the Builders for getting retail HL files
· To arrange the meeting with builders/CAs/Connectors/clients
· To have liaison with bankers
· To coordinate with back office team for logical end of file
· To update the management with daily MIS
· To meet the property brokers
· To Update the management on status of each file
· To meet the targets allotted every month
· To devise a strategy to attract the new business
· To Involve in publicity campaign of companies product and services
· To observe discipline and punctuality
· To abide by management plans and policies
· To guide the members in sourcing and handling the business
· To ensure that each member contribute for achieving the monthly targets individually and collectively
· To report the management business sourced
· To build a strong team of motivated and committed members
