Job Description:

Roles & Responsibility:

Responsible for tele calling & fixing an appointment Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the Company/Manager are attended and reverted within the TAT.
Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
Customer Servicing & Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.

Desired Candidate:

A graduate between 22 to 35 yrs of age.
Freshers
Must be a local resident
Good relationship management skills and pleasing personality.
Dynamic and result oriented approach with good communication and networking skills
