Position: Relationship Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and generate business through field visits and direct sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, cold calling, and other sources.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers for business opportunities and retention.

• Complete customer documentation and ensure KYC/process compliance.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Eligibility

• Education: HSC / Graduate

• Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

• Age: 18–35 years

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to work in the field and meet customers.

Preferred Profile
