Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, customer service, and business development while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/customers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations based on customer needs.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers through various channels.
- Promote products and services to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and business goals.
3. Customer Support & Service Excellence
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales service.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements in service quality.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
