Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Robotics Lead, you will be responsible for controlling the “digital workforce”; ensuring resources are most effectively deployed to deliver a high- quality efficient operation. You will ensure that your colleagues understand and leverage the full capability of the robotic process automation (RPA) solution to maximize quality delivery and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with Technology leader to ensure that the serviced, supported, and secure technical environment scales in line with business demand
- Leverage and improve the framework that underpins the delivery of process automation and ongoing scheduling, monitoring, and evolution of the automated processes to increase and improve business value
- Oversee the quality delivery of RPA solutions in accordance with the agreed methodology to achieve a consistent high standard of configuration
- Where appropriate, delegate responsibility for delivery of individual processes to assigned configuration specialist (development)
- Manage the automated processes daily to ensure they are scheduled in line with services level agreements (SLAs) and that exceptions, referrals and system outages are handled appropriately
- Debug production bots to verify break & fix and asserting best RPA practices
- Understand system and business change cycles to ensure automated processes are proactively amended to reflect changes
- Distribute appropriate information (data) about bot performance so that the business benefit and usage can be proactively tracked, monitored, and refined
- 7+ Related experience or exposure to one or more of the following: QA, development, release management, business analysis, automation, etc.
- Experience in software development .Net, Java, Python, RPA vendors
- Attention to detail. Problem-solving mindset. Critical thinking.
