BOI (versant 3) reminder calling / Inbound
Rotational off
Rotational shift
Work location : Airoli (Mumbai),
Notice period : Immediate to 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Reminder Calling
-
Make outbound calls to customers to remind them about:
-
Upcoming payment due dates.
-
EMI or loan installments.
-
Policy or service renewals.
-
Scheduled appointments or consultations.
-
Submissions of documents or KYC updates.
-

Provide customers with relevant information about deadlines, payment modes, office hours, or online processes.
-
Ensure that each call is courteous, professional, and aligned with company communication standards.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
-
Respond to queries regarding payment status, product information, due dates, service details, and other general inquiries.

Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for further assistance.

Provide accurate information while maintaining a helpful and friendly tone.
3. Data Entry and Reporting
-
Accurately update call details, customer responses, and follow-up actions in CRM or company database.

Tag call outcomes such as “payment promised,” “callback requested,” “already paid,” or “invalid number.”

Maintain logs and prepare daily/weekly reports for the supervisor or team leader.
4. Customer Service and Retention
-
Maintain a high standard of customer interaction to ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction.

Address any complaints or dissatisfaction professionally and empathetically.

Follow up on previous interactions as needed to ensure resolutions.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance
-
Adhere strictly to internal scripts, call handling procedures, and quality standards.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information in compliance with company policies and regulations (such as GDPR or RBI guidelines, where applicable).

Avoid miscommunication, over-promising, or sharing unauthorized information with customers.
6. Team Coordination

Work closely with other customer support, collections, or sales team members to ensure consistent messaging and smooth workflow.

Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and quality improvement activities.

Support team members when required during high call volume periods.
