Job Description
Manage and co-ordinate the processing of incoming calls / tickets to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of incidents and requests
• Develop and implement ticket handling and escalation policies and procedures.
•Provide technical mentoring and coaching of team members where appropriate.
•Coordinating PAN India Engineers for call status and Handling BMC ticketing tool
•Working on an SLA based Response/resolution and monitoring ticketing tool.
•Providing remote Support through SCCM tools and push the apps through SCCM.
•Coordinating PAN India Engineers for call status and Handling BMC ticketing tool.
•Coordinating with multiple vendors related to the IT equipment.
•VIP support escalated related issue handling and sanitizing the team accordingly.
• Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems
• Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues.
• Ability to quickly analyze & diagnose technical problems
•Installation and configuration of operating Systems such as Windows 7 & Windows 10.
•Configuration & Troubleshooting of Outlook Issues.
•Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
•Knowledge on VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
