As a Remote Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for recruiting,
training, and managing your own team of sales partners. Your primary goal is to
guide your team to achieve clear and achievable monthly sales targets. This is
a smart-work opportunity that rewards performance and offers significant

- Recruit and onboard new sales partners for your team.
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure team success.
- Motivate your team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain clear communication and act as the primary point of contact for your team members.
