Key Responsibilities:
1. Sending Digital Invites:

Send event or meeting invites to a predefined contact list via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or business tools (depending on the project).

Personalize messages where required to improve engagement and attendance rates.

Ensure the invite includes clear information like date, time, joining link, agenda, and RSVP instructions.
2. Follow-Up Communication:

Conduct structured follow-ups with invitees to confirm attendance.

Respond to queries regarding the event or invitation promptly and politely.

Send reminder messages one day and/or a few hours before the event.
3. Database Handling:

Maintain updated records of invitees in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM platforms.

Track invite status: Sent / Seen / Replied / Confirmed / Declined.

Segment contacts based on responses and send custom follow-ups as needed.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams:

Work with the marketing or event team to understand the purpose and importance of the invite.

Share daily or weekly reports with invite status and follow-up updates.

Suggest improvements based on response data to enhance outreach efficiency.
5. Tools & Platforms Usage:

Use tools like Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business, Google Forms, Calendly, Excel, or similar platforms to manage digital communication.

For large campaigns, assist with mass email sending, mail merges, or list uploads.
