Job Title: Research Analyst (Field)

About the Role
We are seeking a Field Research Analyst to support our upcoming project in the area of [e.g., psychology, education, social development]. The candidate will be responsible for conducting on-ground research, data collection, surveys, interviews, and analysis to generate actionable insights that align with the project’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field research including surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.
Collect, record, and validate data from respondents across designated areas.
Collaborate with academic experts, project managers, and research leads to ensure data accuracy.
Prepare regular progress reports, field notes, and documentation.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative findings to identify patterns and insights.
Ensure ethical practices and confidentiality in all research activities.
Liaise with schools, institutions, and community stakeholders (as applicable).
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and visualizations of research outcomes.
Qualifications
Master’s in Psychology, Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Education, or related field.
Prior experience in field research, survey administration, or data collection preferred.
Strong knowledge of research methods (qualitative & quantitative).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse groups.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Excel) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively.
