Research Associate Animal Science recruitment in ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar
Project: “Effect of ethnobotanicals against GI parasites for mitigation of anthelmintic resistance”
Research Associate
Qualification : Ph.D in Veterinary Parasitology/Animal Science/ Parasitology/ Zoology or Master’s degree in Veterinary Parasitology/Animal Science/ Parasitology/ Zoology with 4 years/ 5years of Bachelor’s degree having lst division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average or Master’s degree in Veterinary Parasitology/Animal Science/ Parasitology/ Zoology, NET qualified having 03 years research experience as evidenced by Fellowship/Associateship and supported by publications. Hand-on experience desired: Coproculture of larvae of GI parasites. Screening of anthelmintics by in vitro and in vivo methods. Handling of small animals, knowledge of statistical tools for data analysis and computer operation.
No.of Post: 1
Age: 40 years for males and 45 years for females candidate as on the date of advertisement. Relaxation for ST/SC/OBC/Females as per rules.
