Research Associate- I Chemistry recruitment in IACS at Raman Centre for Atomic and Molecular and Optical Sciences
Essential Qualifications: PhD in Quantum Chemistry.
Desired Experience: The candidate should have completed his PhD in quantum chemistry. The candidate should have experience in handling different Quantum chemistry packages and techniques. The candidate should have past experience with application of multi-reference theories to excited state processes. Preferably the candidate should have adequate knowledge of potential energy surfaces and conical intersections. Additionally, knowledge of ab-initio molecular dynamics, surface-hopping and Car-Parrinello MD techniques is desirable.
