Project: “Investigations of Organic NanoMaterials for Non-Volatile Memory Applications”

Qualification required: Ph.D. or having 3 years of research experience after M.Tech. with at least one research paper in SCI journal with specialization in the area of Semiconductor Devices/ Microelectronics/ Nanoelectronics. Desirable: Background in Non-Volatile Memory Devices/RRAM/ CMOS Devices and Technology.

Tenure: Initially one year but likely to be extended by another six months.
