Title of the Research Project: “Low Temperature Growth of Carbonaceous Heterostructure for Thermal and Magnetic Applications”
Research Associate-1 Post
Qualifications: Either having PhD degree or should have submitted thesis in the field of Chemistry/Physics/Material science/Electronic-engineering/Nanoscience and Nanotechnology with in depth understanding/ hands on experience on Chemical vapour deposition technique and growth kinetics preferably on carbonaceous materials; Handling experience of Physical Vapour deposition systems Desirable (RA): Growth techniques (PVD/CVD/MOCVD/LPCVD) and Physical vapour deposition systems (Sputter/E-beam/PLD), Knowledge of Mask designing, Understanding of CMOS process flow, fabrication/characterization of electronic devices
Age limit: 35 years
Junior Research Fellow-1 Post
Qualifications: M. Sc. /M. Tech. degree in Chemistry/Physics/Electronic-engineering (Having knowledge/interest in VLSI designing and MEMS fabrication)/Material science/Nanoscience and Nanotechnology with NET/GATE/JEST qualification. Desirable (JRF): Research experience in analytical techniques/nanoscience/electronics/material chemistry/device fabrication is preferred.
Age limit: 28 years
Salary: For JRF: Rs. 25000, For RA: Rs. 36000
