Young Professional-I /01
Qualification: Graduates in Agricultural/ Horticultural Sciences or Graduate in Science or Diploma holder in engineering/Technology. a) Experience in working with different modern instruments for soil and plant analysis. b) Experience in organic crop management.
The minimum age will be 21 years and maximum 45 years with relaxation as per rules.
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,000/- consolidated per month.
Senior Research Fellow (For KVK, Chinyalisaur) /01
Qualification: M.Sc. Ag. in Horticulture/ Vegetable Science/ Agronomy/ Soil Science/ Plant Protection, with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university. Candidates having Postgraduate degree in Basic Science with 3 years Bachelor’s degree & 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience as mentioned in OM No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dated 13th July, 2015, OM No. Agril. Edn. 6/27/2014=HRD 9th October, 2015 of the Council and Om SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30th January, 2019. Experience in hill agriculture.
The upper age limit is 35 years for men and 40 years for women with relaxation as per rules on the date of interview.
Pay Scale : Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA for 1st and 2nd year & Rs. 35,000/- per month + HRA for 3rd year.
Research Associate /01
Qualification: 1. Ph.D. in Business Management/ Life Sciences/ Agril. Economics/ Information Technology OR Master’s degree in Business Management/ Life Sciences/ Agril. Economics/ Information Technology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall Grade Point Average. 2. At least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training/ other engagement as circulated vide F. No. 2-9/2012-HRD dated 25.04.2014 and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated (≥4.0), journal as per OM SR/S9/Z09/2018 of DST dated 30.01.2019 Work experience in patent drafting, filing, analysis and prosecution & License agreement drafting
The upper age limit is 40 years for men and 45 years for women with relaxation as per rules on the date of interview.
Pay Scale : Rs. 49,000/- per month + HRA (for Master Degree holders) & Rs. 54,000/- per month+HRA (for Ph.D.)
Young Professional- II/ 01
Qualification: Post graduate in Biotechnology/ Botany/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Life Science with a minimum of one year experience (excluding dissertation period) in Plant tissue culture/transgenic development OR Ph.D. in any of the above subjects in the area of plant tissue culture/ transgenic development/Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology.
The minimum age will be 21 years and maximum 45 years with relaxation as per rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/

Qualification: Master’s degree in Plant Breeding / Plant Pathology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry /Life Sciences (for candidates with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree) OR Master’s degree in Plant Breeding / Plant Pathology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Science with NET qualification (for candidates with 3 years Bachelor’s degree) Knowledge and work experience of plant breeding/ molecular breeding/biochemical analysis in agricultural crops, preferably maize.
