Research Associate Veterinary Pathology / Young Professional/Project Asst. job recruitment in National Institute of Veterinary Epidemology & Disease Informatics
MRC funded project” through CEH UK titled” optimizing forest benefits whilst minimizing impacts of emerging zoonotic diseases :co-developing on interdisciplinary tool for forests in India”
Research Associate/1 Post
Qualification: Ph.D in Veterinary parasitology/ Veterinary microbiology/ Veterinary pathology/ Veterinary medicine OR M.V.Sc in Veterinary parasitology/ Veterinary Microbiology/ Veterinary Pathology/ Veterinary Medicine with minimium 3 years of research experience in research,teaching with atleast one research paper in science citation index (SCI) journal OR Ph.D in Entomology/Zoology (Subject to approval from the Council and entering into MOU with CEH, UK).
Experience:Experience in taxonomy of ticks and experience working with molecular techniques (PCR, QPCR) will be preferred.

Qualification: Ph.D in Veterinary Extension/Veterinary Biostatistics/Agriculture extension OR M.V.Sc in Animal Husbandry extension/Biostatistics with minimum of three years experience in research, teaching with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal (Subject to approval from the Council and entering into MOU w ith CEH, UK).
Experience in conducting questionnaire based surveys and use of participatory tools will be preferred.
