Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
· Make calls to potential & existing Stakeholders to inform them about products or services.
· Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
· Engage Stakeholders in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
· Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution.
· Troubleshoot issues related to products or services and guide them through the resolution process.
· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with them.
· Keep records/documentation/reports of all the interactions, as per the process for the review.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
· Work with other departments as per the requirement.
Required Experience/Skills
· Minimum 12th Pass.
· Good communication in English
· Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing can be beneficial.
· Flexibility with rotation offs and shift timings.
