Qualification : M.Tech (Computer Science & Engg./ Math & Computing/Allied Areas) or B.Tech (Computer Science & Engg./ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering) with valid GATE rank (Not more than 5000 for General, Not more than 6000 for SC/ST/PD candidates). The candidate desirably should have B.Tech/M.Tech degree with a minimum CPI o 6.5 or 65% of marks.
Fellowship : Minimum Rs.32,000 - Maximum Rs.35,000 per
month (depending upon the qualification and experience of the candidate)
Age Limit : The upper age limit for applying for the Research Fellow position shall be 30 years. Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/women/PD will be given as per the GO1 rules. Working/research experience in the field of Smart Grid, IoT, Programming will be given preference.
