As a Reservation Executive , you will be processing reservations by mail, telephone, or central reservation systems referral.
What you will do:
- Creating and maintaining reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing.
- Processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received
- Maintaining a clean and neat appearance and work area at all times.
- Promoting goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and fellow employees.
- Reading the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations
- Handling daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and make reservations as needed.
- Walking around with the client and ensuring that they secure whatever services they are in need of.
- Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons.
- Making arrangements for clients travel programs
Required Candidate profile
What you need to have:- Candidate should be from a GRE (Guest Relation Executive) background.
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor
- A team-first attitude
- A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
