Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Satisfaction

• Greet and escort guests to their tables.

• Ensure top-quality customer service and handle any guest inquiries or complaints.

• Take and confirm customer orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen staff.

• Upsell food and beverage items to maximize restaurant revenue.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and guide waiters and service staff to ensure efficient operations.

• Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign tasks to the team.

• Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and service standards.

Restaurant Operations & Hygiene

• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance.

• Maintain inventory of restaurant supplies and coordinate with the kitchen for order flow.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies.

Reporting & Feedback

• Maintain daily sales and guest feedback reports.

• Report any operational issues to the Restaurant Manager.
