Job Description
o Demonstrating leadership by setting the pace and communicating effectively
o Use basic human relations, communications and follow up skills and treating crew as internal customers
o Reinforce basic people minimums (uniforms, grooming standards, shift schedules, meal breaks, etc.) necessary to gain commitment from Team Member and other shift managers
o Understand, enforce, and educates team member on all appropriate people policies, award minimums, security and safety procedures
o Training the Team Member & Giving Input on Team Members performance reviews
o Follows and enforces Thick Shake Factory security procedures
o Records and acts upon all hazards identified during shift
o Reports all safety concerns to Territory Manager/Area Manager
o Manages shifts with supervision and/or areas without supervision
o Frequently talking to customers to measure and improve their satisfaction with The Thick Shake Factory experience
o Managing customer complaints, Maintaining critical standards and Supervises deliveries
o Responds to customer flow and makes necessary adjustments
o Controls labor, waste, cash, and yields while managing a shift
o Uses proper security and verification procedures when handling cash deposits
o Completes store log book which includes inventories, cash sheets, drawer counts and deposits
