Job Description
We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive for leading Jewellery brands in India.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement and Sales:

Greet all customers in a warm, courteous, and professional manner as they enter the store.

Understand the customer's requirements regarding budget, design, metal type (gold, platinum, silver), and gemstones.
-
Assist customers in making informed decisions by showcasing the latest collections, explaining product details, and suggesting alternatives when needed.

Ensure the highest level of personalized customer service to maximize sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
2. Product Knowledge:
-
Gain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s jewellery collections, including karat quality, pricing, certifications (like BIS, IGI, GIA), and making charges.

Stay updated on new arrivals, festive offers, gold rates, and trending styles.

Clearly explain the uniqueness, craftsmanship, and care instructions of each piece to customers.
3. Billing and Documentation:

Ensure all purchases are properly billed, receipts generated, and product certificates (if applicable) provided.

Handle invoicing, tagging, and packaging as per brand standards.

Manage cash, card, and digital payments in coordination with the cashier or POS system.
4. Inventory and Merchandising:

Assist in displaying products attractively in the showroom, maintaining aesthetics and brand presentation guidelines.

Help with stock-taking, tagging, and inventory management under supervision.

Alert the store manager about fast-moving products, customer preferences, and restocking needs.
5. After-Sales Support and Relationship Building:

Provide after-sales support such as resizing, repair requests, or exchange processing.

Maintain contact with regular customers through follow-ups, invitations to new launches, or festive promotions.

Build a loyal customer base through excellent service and personalized attention.
6. Store Operations and Cleanliness:

Ensure the showroom, counters, and product displays are clean, organized, and ready for customers.

Follow showroom safety and hygiene protocols (especially in jewellery handling).

Assist in maintaining security protocols, including loss prevention and adherence to anti-theft measures.
