- Responsible for handling inbound & Outbound Calls
- Call prospective clients & explain product & services
- Arrange meetings & have follow up with the potential customers to prospect for new business
- Generate leads for the sales team
- Responding to incoming email & phone enquiries
- Listen attentively to customers need
- Must have sound knowledge of Online marketing concepts
- Achieving monthly given targets & Daily reporting
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi is a must.
- Also, known to any other local language like, Kannada,Telugu, Tamil, etc will be added advantage
- Excellent Written & oral communication
- Go-getter attitude
- Able to work in pressure & adaptable.
- Good convincing power
- Able to work in team & also take initiatives
- Qualifications/Experience:Graduation is a must – Any Stream
- Min 6 months relevant work experience would be preferred from E-commerce background.
