Job Description
Designation: Revenue Management
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
3. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
4. Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
5. Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
6. Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
7. Forecasting and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
8. Preparing reports on account status
9. Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
10. Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
